I know, I know, my friend. I, too, am a huge fan of the grilled cheese, the cheeseburger, and of course, the pizza… so it took a lot before Adam and I made the decision to go Paleo. Basically, I’d had enough hurting!
When I found out that MS had a component that could be controlled by diet, Adam and I wanted to go on a diet that would affect my health positively. It was this or the Best Bet Diet! And the only real difference is eggs! (And I like eggs!) Besides, there was far more evidence on the side of the Paleo Diet.
By removing dairy, legumes, grains (and thus gluten and soy) from my diet, I’m making sure to calm the inflammation that’s been caused in my intestinal lining, allowing it to heal properly, thus removing bacteria poop from my bloodstream, and thus clearing things up in the Blood Brain Barrier area as well.
